This is a used original BMW part. The transfer case is not included. Guaranteed good working condition. Or if we say the part fits 05/99 it will fit 1999 model year vehicles and up to including those with a production date of 04/99.

There is a fair amount of engine oil staining on the exterior housing. Details can be viewed in the photos. Reference to driver/passenger side is for left hand drive cars, so RHD vehicles UK/Japan/Australia, etc. Please reverse the indicated. Condition: This transmission was taken from a running, driving 2009 X5 3.5d with 212k miles.
