All engines and transmissions come with a 1 year PARTS ONLY warranty. Insure the cooling system is flushed and functioning properly. Drain excess oil and coolant from exhaust system. Install replacement spark plugs wires.

Replace engine oil, oil filter, air fuel filters, coolant-antifreeze. Inspect and replace gaskets seals front seal, rear main valve cover gaskets, oil pan. Install new thermostat gasket. Usage of aftermarket fluids any sort will void warranty.

FACTORY fluids must be used. If equipped with an engine oil cooler the radiator or external must be replaced. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including as switches, sensors, cables, injectors, electronics, belts including timing belt/chain, hoses, water pumps, manifolds and oil pans. Exchange attached accessory items to insure proper fit mounts, intake manifold, exhaust distributor, sensors.

Remove all cap-plugs orifice covers. Replace the timing belt. Disable fuel/ignition before attempting to start engine. Reprogramming must be performed on all CVT units prior to test driving.
